Easy Returns

Are you unhappy with a product? Have you received an incorrect product? If you have received a product that you are not 100% satisfied with, you may return the same to us for a replacement or a refund. Take advantage of our no-nonsense product return policy.

Please ensure that your reason to return the product complies with one, or more of the following:

a) Non-customized Coverking Products may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is in new, resellable condition. Such products must be issued an RGA number.

b) Stuck with a wrong product? Don’t worry. If the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount through the secured payment gateway PayPal, our preferred gateway.

c) If the product does not match your requirements, or is defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product. Just contact us.

d) If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product, after deducting any applicable labor cost.
